2021 fees now in effect

As a not-for-profit organization, Technical Safety BC does not receive any government funding. Instead, we operate using fees collected from our services to ensure safety oversight throughout BC. This includes funding education opportunities and compliance and enforcement activities to uphold fairness for those participating in BC’s safety system. 

Effective May 17, 2021, our fees have increased by 2%. This increase will not apply to the amusement devices technology as our research indicates that this industry has experienced unparalleled impact due to COVID-19.
