Technical Safety BC to implement mandatory vaccine policy as of November 29

Following the recommendations from Public Health, and in line with BC Public Service Agency, Technical Safety BC will require proof of full COVID-19 vaccination from all Technical Safety BC employees as of November 29, 2021.  

From the very beginning of the pandemic, we have worked diligently to show leadership in health and safety, as employees and clients alike followed Provincial Health Orders. With this continued focus, we are taking steps to continue to protect our front-line colleagues, as well as ensure the safety of all our employees, their families and the most vulnerable in our community, and health authorities have been clear that vaccination is the best way to be protected against COVID-19. 

Over the coming weeks, we will be rolling out a detailed Vaccination Policy for implementation, which will also include details for clients and in-office contractors, and accommodation for those who are unable to be vaccinated.
