A letter from our Lead Executive Officer

As we near the end of 2020, this holiday season, in particular, offers us a chance to reflect on the past 12 months and the whirlwind it has been.

In January of this year it would have been impossible to comprehend the adversity we would all face due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Looking back today, the challenges are obvious, but so is the extent to which people across British Columbia have worked together to innovate, adapt, and support one another.

I want to take this moment to thank you, our clients, for your continued commitment to safety across the province.

And I want to acknowledge and send a special thanks to the healthcare heroes and front-line workers who have carried on tirelessly throughout this pandemic to support our communities. It is a brave service and sacrifice.

As we head into the holiday season and the new year, please know our teams will continue to work hard to meet the safety challenges of today, wherever they are. We are grateful for your patience and grace as we all navigate these tumultuous times. 2021 will be brighter.
